CFM Study

Welcome to Orange County IFMA's CFM Study on-line Tutorial. This is presented as part of the Certification Development Committee.

This web site has been developed in order to assist IFMA members in learning how to understand and successfully pass the CFM Exam.

The information on this site can also be used as an outline for practicing facility professionals as to the responsibilities and expectations of a Facility Manager.

As the Certification Lectures on the chapter level are concluded each month, a new lesson will be posted on the 'Lectures' Page. These will be available in PDF format for download and study.

Until all the Competencies have been covered and the sessions update, old lectures will be available on the 'Archives' Page.
